Tuition payments remain the same regardless of holidays, vacations, sickness, or closing beyond our control. The School is unable to honor switch days.

Schedule
Children need to be enrolled on specific days on an ongoing basis for the full year. If you choose to decrease your schedule, 45 days written notice is required and tuition is due for the remaining month. If you wish to increase your schedule, you may do so on a space-available basis. If space is available, a you may pick up an additional day however, we cannot honor switch days.

Discounts
Families with two or more children in the program are entitled to a 10% discount off the lower rate paid. Families with a child also currently enrolled at the Tobin Children’s School or the Westwood Children’s School, inc. are entitled to a 10% discount on the tuition of the child enrolled at Tobin Afterschool.

Bank Draft rates are discounted charges which reflect a 2% reduction for those parents who choose to pay via bank draft. Otherwise, we accept VISA/MasterCard as forms of payment at the regular tuition cost.

Increases
Tuition increases will be posted in November for the following January, if an increase will apply.
