Part Time Employees
Permanent employee regularly scheduled for no more than 35 hours per week

    • First and second year (month 2 to 24):

    • Third year through fifth year (month 25 to 60):
      4 weeks per year (1.67 days per month x 12 months)
    • Sixth year and above (month 61 and up):
      4 weeks + 4 days per year (2 days per month x 12 months)
