Tuition & Financial Aid
Tuition payments remain the same regardless of holidays, vacations, sickness, or closing beyond our control. Tobin Children’s School is unable to honor switch days.
Children need to be enrolled on specific days on an ongoing basis for the full year. If you choose to decrease your schedule, 45 days written notice is required and tuition is due for the remaining month. If you wish to increase your schedule, you may do so on a space-available basis. If a space is available, you may pick up an additional day; however, we cannot honor switch days.
Families with two or more children in the program are entitled to a 10% discount off the lower rate paid. Families with a child also currently enrolled at The Tobin School, Tobin Afterschool, Tobin School Westwood, or Westwood Children’s School are entitled to a 10% discount on the tuition of the child enrolled at Tobin Children’s School.
Bank Draft rates are discounted charges which reflect a 2% reduction for those parents who choose to pay via bank draft. Otherwise, we accept all major credit cards as forms of payment at the regular tuition cost.
If applicable, tuition increases will be posted in November for the following January.
All payments to the school must be made via EFT, either bank draft or credit card.
This last half month (LHM) deposit is non-refundable, and is credited toward your child’s last half month at the School, provided your child has been enrolled in the School for at least six months, and written notification of termination is made at least 45 days prior to your child’s last day.
